Dr. Sharda is a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His specialty is physical medicine and rehabilitation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from University of Utah and his Medical Degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. After his internship at Michigan State University Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies, he completed his residency in 2002 at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
Throughout his career Dr. Sharda has held several director positions, such as Medical Director at Continuum Rehabilitation Hospital of North Texas, Rehab Medical Director at Williamsburg Village SNF, and Wound Care Medical Director at Kindred Hospital Mansfield.
Dr. Sharda continues to practice in multiple settings. He is credentialed at Kindred Hospital of Dallas (Long Term Acute Care). He is also an attending physician at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation at the NW Dallas location (Inpatient Rehabilitation). Because of these affiliations, he brings extensive medical knowledge into his treatment of Workers Comp. patients. The special framework of his practice allows him to see catastrophic cases in the long-term acute care setting, rehab them in the Rehabilitation Hospital, and see them in follow up in his clinic. For the majority of injured workers who don't need to go to the hospital, he is happy to see them in the office!

Dr. Choucair is a board certified plastic surgeon, with office locations in Dallas and Plano. He received his undergraduate degree from Rice University and his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Following his formal training that included Aesthetic Surgery Fellowships with world renowned surgeons on both the East and West coasts, Dr. Choucair served as a fellow in plastic surgery at Harvard Medical School. Having completed a Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Shriners Burn Institute in Boston. Dr. Choucair became a recognized surgeon in burn reconstruction. Dr. Thomas Diliberti is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the hand, wrist, and elbow. After attaining his Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University, he received his Medical Degree at Baylor College of Medicine. He then completed his hand and micro vascular surgery fellowship at the University of California in San Diego. He currently works at Texas Hand Center located in Dallas, Texas, which offers a variety of patient services on location: surgical hospital, pharmacy, state of the art digital x-ray, advanced CT Scan, MRI, and Ultrasound imaging and studies.
Dr. Diliberti is known for his exceptional success rates and his focus on upholding the care of his patients. As such he was named a “Best Doctor in Dallas” in D magazine. To better his patient experience, he has also been actively learning the Spanish language. Texas Hand Center also offers an onsite certified hand therapist, Judith Cissell, OTR, CHT, which aids in the quality of care, as well as, convenience for patient. It also facilitates more direct communications between a patient’s health care providers and allows Dr. Diliberti to closely monitor his patients’ treatment plan and progress.
Judith Cissell is a certified Occupational therapist and is a licensed Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Following her completion of a Bachelors of Science at Tulane University in New Orleans, Judith received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. Although Judith has specialized in hand therapy, she also offers OT services in burn care, acute care, and general rehabilitation. She has worked with Dr. Diliberti at Texas Hand Center for over ten years and has an active role in the Dallas/Fort Worth therapy group and the American Society of Hand Therapists Texas state chapter.
Judith’s therapy treatments are individualistically based upon ones particular injury, which has proven highly beneficial. She focuses on education and “hands on” treatment in a more personalized environment and has a strong emphasis on home therapy programs between visits to ensure optimal results and success in treatment.

Dr. William Garner Ransom Newton is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the knee and shoulder and has the distinction of being board certified in the subspecialty of sports medicine. Following his undergraduate work at the University of Mississippi, he received his Medical Degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and participated as an internal medicine intern at the University of Tennessee. His orthopedic surgery residency was achieved at Stanford University School of Medicine and his fellowship at the Hughston Clinic. As a student, Dr. Newton received numerous awards and honors. He currently practices medicine at the Orthopaedic Surgery & Sport Medicine of Dallas. He also serves as the head Orthopedic surgeon for Southern Methodist University Health Center, the team physician for the Episcopal School of Dallas, and the team physician for the Highland Park High School tennis team. Dr. Newton is chairman of the orthopedic surgery department and orthopedic advisory chairman at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
